Who we are

Revelations Consulting ("we", "us") operates revelations.consulting. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@revelations.consulting.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the consult request form, we collect your name, work email, and anything else you choose to share (company, approximate spend, interest, and your message). We also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example, which LinkedIn post), so we know which outreach is working.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and whether someone clicked "Book a free consult" or used the savings calculator. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. We never send your name, email, or message to Google Analytics.

Security. To prevent spam, we store a one-way hash of your IP address with your request and use it to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Google (Firebase hosting and database, Google Analytics, Google Workspace email) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep consult requests for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to our Analytics retention settings.
